Either a scam or just incompetent
Paid fee but after 2 days days nothing had happened. Contacted customer services several times who were generally unhelpful and never got more than a “we are looking into in”. After a week gave up, deleted API and uninstalled app. Waste of money.Pobiwan

This app is not really for a US consumer. It will work, but not without a ton of head scratching and unanswered questions. The “demo” can’t be copied in the US legally and the results are vastly different if used per US rules. They desperately need customer support. Might be good soon, but undercooked as of today.
(Update) I am changing my review to 1 star after being contacted by Cindicator/Stoic about my 2 star review. Sorry Stoic, but you get 1 star until you provide me the service that I paid for. My account that I paid for up front ($350) is still not working. Customer service says they’re (working on it) it has been weeks now. I’m not sure you guys actually have a team. I can’t believe you contacted me to cry about my review rather than just FIX MY SERVICE ISSUES!!Show lessJ Rytel

Hi! You’ve previously left a 1-star review. Thank you, we appreciate all feedback. Since then we’ve done a lot to improve Stoic: fixed bugs, hired more support, added new features. And the all-time return is now +2,000%, almost fully recovered. If your review was based on emotions, is there any chance you’d change it to a higher rating?Good luck with it working..
I believe stoic it’s a great concept... if it worked. Once I paid my fee it told me to wait 24 hours before trading would start. 24 hours went by and no trading started so I reached out to Store through the chat and they said it could take up to 72 hours and also attached an article explaining. Waited 72 hours and still nothing so I reached out to them again and they said change your hedging from Stoic dynamic to 0% and wait 24 hours, so I made the change, and guess what nothing.. reached out again and was told just to wait 24 more hours... if that is the kind of customer support you were going to provide your customers you might want to reevaluate your business strategy. Instead try to find out what the problem is instead of telling people just to wait 24 more hours. After all I did pay the fees.. should receive the service in return. I will gladly change my review if somebody can get my account working.Show lessJJF2308

Thanks for reaching out! The algorithm some times holds assets for many days before selling. I'd recommend that you give Stoic as any other investment instrument some time to show the results. This app is garbage. I think all the good reviews are self given. After the annoying process of setting it all up (says it will start trading in 24 hours) I had to message over and over then it finally traded after three days. Then nothing. No other trades have been placed. My account has been holding the same positions for DAYS! I am really thinking it’s a scam. You pay your fee then someone goes in, buys a few cryptos, and that’s it. If my account doesn’t even make back the fee I paid to manage it then what’s the point?!Show lessInvestor567865
Best trading bot program on the market
Nothing else has this performance and simplicity. Simply put it is my favorite application in the crypto space. Great job CND team, everyone will have this eventually. If you have crypto sitting in a wallet, you need stoic.seraphi$mith

As other reviewers have pointed out, it is a bit more complicated than just downloading the app. You will need a separate binance account or sub account but if you are familiar with crypto, it’s pretty easy to setup and get started. I haven’t been using it long enough to really gauge performance (I feel I need a year at least) as crypto is so volatile, it can be up on one day and down the next.
The APP works well but is still new and lacks features I’d like to see like showing balance in BTC.
This is a great concept and I love the ability to unlock hedge fund strategies for the masses but do keep in mind this creates a lot of taxable trades. Unless you live in a country with no capital gains, you will have to track and pay short term gains on your portfolio which does have a significant disadvantage to an actual fund. API connection from Binance to a tax tracking system is the best way to keep track but will also require added monthly cost. No adjustment needed for active traders but HODLRs should be advised to go in with a plan.Show lessGb1542
