So I signed up and maybe I just misread it but when you sign up and pay for it the app offered a 108 entry level subscription which I thought at the time was a monthly contribution until you reached the opening of the 1k and it just took the 9 dollars a month fee out of that for the subscription. Not the case at all and when I tried to message the customer support. We’re they not only refusing a refund but they were incredibly rude about it as well. I wanted to dump hard money in it when I had more funds available but the initial experience all together left a bad taste in my mouth.
To cap it all off they have plenty of money to issue a refund of a mere 108 dollars for a misunderstanding and I would have happily reengaged at a later date when I had more funds to deposit but now I’m not even sure I want to.
Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they finally compromised and said they would review it further and let me know if they will use a refund. Still waiting to hear back. Overall though site/app could be more descriptive and if they want a reliable customer base then issue the refund.
I understand if I was months into the service but I realized the error not even 30 minutes after I signed up so I didn’t utilize their subscription at all.Show lessDylankx

Been using Stoic for over a year now and really like it. Their trading strategy seems to work well.

Complicated setup, but great results
It is pretty complicated to set up Stoic. First, I had to open a Binance account, which itself is complicated. The feeling of losing money is constant. Then, setting up the API to let stoic control Binance. But once all the work is done, we can see it working for us. And it gives good results. 5% of annual fees on deposits seems high, but the results are there. Overall I'm satisfied.
Edit: I'm not satisfied anymore. Just lost almost everything when the crypto crashed. The algorithm should have control the bleed but it didn't.Show lesscyberain

And you know, this bot is really worth working with. The big plus for me was the lack of complex settings – everything is extremely easy and simple here. Stoic is just the worst. Buggy since day 0, staff could never get it to work properly even after multiple contacts. One year later, it lost for me 50% of the money I had while showing me a growing chart and saying I was getting profits. Worst regret of my life. Don’t fall for it. I’m now down 60% - I could have easily out performed this “ai” with my eyes closed. Additional to this I selected a no hedge position yet the “ai” has me in a top position of USDT. I’m just hoping for a miracle to get me back to par and will draw out. The so called “updates” provided couid also be written by a 12 year old. No real context, no real update, no real insights and no accountability on lack of performance is ever communicated to people.Show lessJOSHboy1234

We feel your frustration with the current drawdown, however, it is impossible to remain profitable over the long run without having temporary drawdowns.
