  • Easy to make gains!

Super simple to use app with several different training cycles available, all easily adjustable and the theory behind cody’s programs is easy to understand and adapt. Have come back to it several times to make easy progression without killing myself and spending hours in the gym everyday in between other more focused programs!

  • Great idea, no maintenance

Recommendation for alarm to play even if the app is closed/inactive.

Used for 2 years. A lot of progressions don’t work and not a ton of customization. I’d pay more for these features than the $5.
  • Workout plans

Workout plan helped me jump start again, just wish there was options to vary plans between heavier lifting and cardio based plyo workouts.
