I was at first reluctant to switch to an online journal. But after having a couple conversations with the developer to get some questions answered I can say I never want to go back to paper. I have a safe full of bound journals and this is so much better. It is easy to use and itbrings another level of professionalism to my notary appointments! I highly recommend this to any notary whose state allows it. And the level of support is unmatched in my experience.

Many start-ups are just trying to figure things out and piecing together all the parts as they go. But the jurat app seems fully polished and comprehensive even though it’s still a newer product. The Thumbprint scanner arrived in a personalized box, with instructions, and all the training guides and videos are clean and easy and helpful, one for each part of the app - no stone left unturned. Very well designed, and I can’t think of why any notary wouldn’t want to use this instead of paper journals.

It will scan identification from many countries I’m finding and the thumbprint scanner is just terrific. I cut my appointment time down by 25%, which I now invest in customer relations.
This is the best Journal in the world. Not only is the customer service stella, but you can talk to the owner Nick when needed. Also the fingerprint scanner is the best in the world, so you and the client is protected. THAT YOU AND YOUR STAFF NICK!!!!

I’ve been looking for a digital option for my notary journal and being a California notary this app was the only app that was available that was complaint and it’s truly the best! It’s fast and easy to use and I would highly recommend you just try it! Try it and you’ll love it!
I recently started utilizing the notary ejournal and I don’t know why I didn’t try this sooner!! The app is so intuitive that it not only pulls in the location and scans the ID, you can create your own signing packages so you select what documents you need with one touch! It’s so easy and I can’t imagine going back to a written journal! As a notary and escrow officer it saves me so much time!
The journal was quick and easy. Definitely saves time on completing your journal!
