  • New years business changes

Going digital in the new year 100% and this will help make that happen. Already did trial and it’s better than I could’ve asked for
  • 100% worth it

Never got the chance to try out a hard bound journal, because I started my notary career with the e journal app, and I’m convinced I’ll never need to.

The app makes every part of journaling extremely streamlined. It can detect where your location is so you don’t have to manually write out possibly incorrect addresses. You can auto-save loan packages with specific documents (good for if you’re a preferred notary to a specific escrow office) so prepping your journal in advance is super breezy; it has so many features and more. I’m learning more and more efficient ways to prep so when I’m in a signing, I’m only spending less than 5 mins on the journal.

Get it! You won’t regret it! And Nick is super helpful if you ever have any questions!
  • This app makes my job as a mobile notary, so much easier

The Jurat app streamlines the journaling process for notaries, saving both time and money, while keeping entries secure! This app easily saves me 15 minutes per appointment, and sometimes more depending on the number of signers that I have in each appointment. That time saved allows me to either add more appointments in a day or spend time with my family!
  • Awesome

This app is great. Easy to keep track of and use. I just switched over from pen and paper. The only thing I wish you could do is change the date and time. I’m trying to add entries from my book and it automatically sets the current date and time.
  • SD Notary, great tool

Streamlines my signing appointments and makes thumbprint collection very easy, since it only requires 1 print regardless of how many documents are being notarized.

Clearly made by people who understand the industry
  • Definitely made the right choice!

I highly recommend this company/app!!! When looking into starting as a loan signing agent, a good notary journal was high on my list. I knew I wanted to go digital as the liability of having to lug my journal wherever I went just in case someone broke into my car, for instance, wasn’t a hassle I was willing to cope with. I checked out the competition and landed on Nick and his team because of their attention to detail, ease of use, subscription options, prompt response to every one of my pesky questions and care in handling everything they do with the utmost security. And Nick uses this personally as a loan signing agent himself. How much better can it get? I don’t think you’ll be sorry you chose to give them a try.
  • Must HAVE for Notaries!!!

This app is remarkable for notaries. This app saves time for people who needs to get an access for notary in either business or personal inquiries. Makes scheduling efficient while implementing users suggestions and securing information.
  • EXCELLENT App for all notaries!

I was reluctant in starting an eJournal, as I’ve been an active notary for two decades. The moment I started using it, I knew I would never go back to a traditional written journal. This EJournal is so easy to use, intuitive and makes my job so much more efficient! It’s a priceless tool for my business!
  • Great tool for my business

Helps streamline my notary business. The post signing marketing opportunities are very useful
  • My new favorite app

This app is amazing and does everything I need it to. It saves me time in turn saving me money.
My favorite feature is the ID Scanner.

Today i had a temporary ID from Oregon. Everything looked legit on the temporary ID that was presented to me. high quality full color printed document. When I scanned the IDs barcode it came back with a whole different name, ID Number and address. The signer presenting the temporary ID was unable to tell me his last name, address or date of birth. But long story short - the Jurat app was my first red flag. Amazing app!
Amazing app support from real people!
Fair price - I feel like Nick will continue to be fair about subscription costs. Love it love it and it keeps getting better with constant updates
