Easy to use.

User Friendly!

Horrible phone service

Long long delays. Tells you to press ‘0’ to leave your number for a call back. Great idea, but it fails to do anything when you it ‘0’.

First time using the MBT App!

It felt and worked just like on my PC to “Transfer” funds from one account to another! Saved me tons of time, expense & grief! TY -Michael

Hi, your mobile banking is improving but is still not as good as good as Wells Fargo. That being said I would much rather bank with Montecito Bank than Wells Fargo. The mobile deposit camera is sluggish at times, often taking me 4 or 5 attempts at snapping the photo before it actually takes the photo, and I wish I had some deposit number or verification that I could write on the check or take a photo of that verifies that particular check deposit, not just that I made a deposit. All in all, I’m learning how to negotiate the App and it has been working fine (deposits going in, bill pay working great, etc) It’s just a bit awkward to use. I’ve been very pleased with Montecito Bank and Trust in general however. I appreciate the helpful tellers and bankers, and I feel good banking with a privately owned company. New review: The App is becoming much better. The camera is no longer slow when depositing checks, which was my primary complaint. All-in-all I’m very pleased using the App at this point. Thank you.

Best online banking app!

Easy! This interface is far better than two other bank apps I use.

Line of credit

Was an excellent bank for 30+ years. Now suddenly cancelling my line of credit as I’m a pariah. Don’t trust this bank.

App is laggy and slow and depositing checks is such a struggle pictures never work

this app is horrible

First the new look visually seems more outdated than the previous version. Also trying to mobile deposit a check is near impossible and extremely frustrating. The previous version never gave me issues. I’ve opened with a new bank just to have this feature work when I’m out of town. Great people when I visit a branch and is the reason I’d stay but PLEASE fix that for us who need it.

iOS unfriendly

On mobile devices (latest ios, horizontal on ipad, iphone) the app looks all wonky and is basically non responsive to the orientation of the device and does not automatically fill in login and password. No benefit over webversion login.
