Glad we made the switch

Doesn’t cover my second level

I love the service. However, my service is very buggy in my basement which is where my office is. Do I need to get a second modem for my basement?

Cyber Security

I love the app because it tells me what is going on within my network. It makes it easier to to get your own security manager, you’re alerted when something is happening!

Garbage

Tried to set a schedule for the internet to shut off and it does not work at all. On top of that half the devices in my household won’t connect half the time either. Useless.

No help

The app wants to scan a QR code but there is nothing on the router to scan. There is nothing on it except a phone number. No p/n no s/n, nothing . This means I am unable to access anything with the app.

Can’t set turn off times

I really need one function to work well and that is to be able turn off the internet on a schedule and this function simply does not work. The app just spins and spins. All software is updated and running the latest versions of iOS and app.

Upload/Download speeds don’t show

I don’t know about anyone else, but the upload and download doesn’t show on the dashboard screen. Nor is there a way to refresh the page to try and find the speeds. This app is handy to see what’s connected to your router, but that’s about it.

Update***
There’s been an update to the app and it’s more user friendly and finally has the upload download speeds for each device. Good update.

Doesn’t connect to Allo

Worthless. Tried to upload router info after scanning q-code and couldn’t connect to Allo. Tried multiple times. What good is it then?
