Reviews of DrinksRation

BETTER THAN THE OTHERS

I have decided not to use an App to cut down on drinking but I have checked this one out and I found it more down to earth than the others. It actually asks about adverse experiences which, in my opinion, is dealing with concrete reality. One cannot deal with a behaviourism without understanding the cause.
