I appreciate the steady stream of improvements the app has received over the past year, demonstrating the provider's commitment to continuously enhancing the digital experience.
Recommendation for Enhancements
Two areas I believe could further improve the app are payment options and theming. Adding support for modern digital wallets like Apple Pay would streamline the payment flow. Additionally, updating the app icon to better integrate with iOS 18's new interface customization features, such as custom icon colors and dark mode support, would provide a more cohesive and visually appealing look on my device.
Overall, the utility provider's mobile app delivers a reliable and user-friendly experience. I'm glad to see their investment in the digital channel and look forward to future updates that address the few remaining areas for improvement.
