Tara trained with Paul Taylor Dance Company choreographer Eileen Cropley, and began her yoga study with ballet teacher Rory Foster of American Ballet Theater. Mike studied mind-body medicine at Harvard, and has practiced tai chi and qigong for over 30 years.
