Great service, easy to use app.
I've been using Profee for a month and found it to be an excellent service. Transfers arrive within minutes and when I've needed to contact customers services, I've received prompt and helpful replies. Very useful to be able to pay with ApplePay. No hesitation to recommend.

Customer service could be better
The app works great but when it comes to increasing limits — a waste of time. Customers service responds takes days. Really, guys?

Quick transfer
My experience is only Germany to Russia. Depending on the device the log in is different. No problem. The function is easy and the transfers are very fast. The app has several small glitches that can be confusing. However none will cause a real issue. There are other companies out there with a greater name that are not as good.

No support
I tried to verify my account, but it doesn’t seem to work with British passport. Customer support don’t respond to my messages at all. And without verification, the limits are very small and make the app useless.
