Never again
Terrible app. Terrible product. The app fails to delete existing locks. Fails to reset. Not to mention the headache of trying to pair the bridge with the door lock. App needs a UI overhaul. Never again…
Absolute rubbish
I use many different IoT devices, and their apps. This is the worst of them all. Amateurish design, bad user experience, and buggy.
Just updated to the latest version and it disconnected the lock from my app. It demands a lock firmware update to work as before, and the app just won’t me do it. The app is now completely useless. A waste of money buying the WiFi bridge.

Incredibly frustrating experience
Took an hr to set up the first time, worked for a few days and then stopped accepting the codes. I then thought that resetting the lock and wifi bridge would help but now I can’t get them to talk. Hours of my life wasted. So infuriating when I got this to make my disabled mums life easier, not mine harder.

Works fine most of the time.
It sometimes gets stuck or responds slowly but works most of the time. It is a pretty good when it works but could do with some additional features to allow it to be used from wall mounted iPad to control doors in the home.
Latest update logs user out every 10 mins
The latest update has broken this already flaky app completely.
Now I need to log in to the account every time I use it. Completely unacceptable that Gainsborough are so unresponsive and care less about making this app stable. The smart lock isn’t cheap so we expect basic quality which is no where to be seen.

Poor application
Constantly logs me out and when I try to log back in won’t actually allow me too, ever. The option to submit/enter your user name followed by password doesn’t allow you to select so each and every time I have to reset my password! Very frustrating when you urgently need to use it!
Stopped working at latest update
Do not download it will stop your bridge and lock from communicating and will lock you out
Not stable
Every now and again the app requires login again, for no reason, it is very annoying as it not until you need access you find yourself searching for login details to get in, would help greatly if it had an option like Face ID.

This app constantly logs you out. Support is non existent. Why not allow the app to unlock door based on proximity and other locks do?

App not communicating with lock since June update
Was a great app and lock. Since the June update it’s not working. I cannot lock or unlock remotely anymore, activity log not updating and no notifications. Please fix it.
