The app discovers the lock but won’t control it. Absolutely pointless and will be getting a refund

OMG spent all night trying to get the bridge to work. Nothing on the app to say lock status. I only got this so I can let the kids in remotely and see when the older ones come and go!!! Frustrating to say the least. It’s a great looking lock with an expensive green flashing light.
Update has gone backwards
Since the last update the notifications have stopped for activity with the lock. That was one of the reasons why I purchased the lock. The lock still works fine but there are no notifications for activity or tampering. I’ve checked notifications settings and all the app settings and it’s disappeared.

Cannot find device
App does not work, cannot find device and then no other option to do anything, so it’s useless
Irritating
An irritating app when it ask you to repeatedly “log in”. Particularly annoying when in a hurry. Need to fix this with up to date app programming .

Latest app version still has bugs
Since the June app update, my activity log has stopped updating and the status is also still stuck in June. If only it was easy to rollback to a previous app version in iOS… Maybe the experience is different for those using a hub. This is just from a bluetooth connection. Was working fine previously though. Sigh!

Connection to door
Cannot connect app to door handle, cannot find any help to allow me to do so. Found the bridge to be an expensive flashing light with no purpose. Very disappointed in the bridge
Improvement needed
System works ok, think functionality needs to be improved, items such as door ajar alerts, connectivity to Alexa/google. Has potential but need to roll out improvements sooner or system will be less attractive than others on the market
No support
App does not detect device. I’ve tried resetting my phone. It’s on the new iOS. App is up to date. Emailed support 2+ days ago and no response.
