This app is the absolute worst. I have an account online so it won’t let me have the app also. The website works well except it won’t let you make payments that under the full amount.XXWQBB

I’m unable to complete registration process because the “Finish” button never becomes activated to enable me to click it, in spite of the fact I’ve entered 2 matching valid passwords, username, and read terms and conditions & selected “Yes, I agree.”mindless986

Unable to make payments
I’ve tried many times I will say the whole day just to make a payment but I can’t get to my account. This is so FrustratingAgyemanz
Can’t make my payment
Keep trying to make a payment early and it won’t let me, telling me my account status won’t allow me to make a payment. Tried calling customer service, after being disconnected and transferred around, they told me they would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. At the last minute, I was able to make a payment, but this month I am trying to pay early again and boom, it won’t let me. Seems to me they don’t want you to pay early where they make less $.Pwc1531
Useless
Same problem as another person stated. The keyboard won’t pop up for the date of birth section on the first screen to get started. You can’t skip it, and you can’t enter it.... so a giant waste of time.Chrystal Osterback
