App do not work.
Constantly - Can’t login on website or app
That’s it. Literally cannot log in, multiple times a year, for no reason. Username incorrect error every time. Insane.
Unstable App
App is slow and wonky to login… enter your password or Face ID and wait… do not renter your password as prompted… your patients is rewarded with a opening to you account page. The brief user experience allows viewing your account Erich it quickly interrupted because the app crashes as soon as you scroll. If you are quick you can jump to the settings, but this is not of much use… I recommend using the website.

App keeps crashing…
Every time I open the app n try to scroll down it crashes. I dnt know how I’m supposed to pay the bill next month… worked fine before but then this month starting doing this.
Needs a bug fix!

THIS APP IS A JOKE-TRASH
I downloaded it, logged in and as soon as tap or swiped up/down it kicks me out. If there was a zero rating I would give it a ZERO or minus ONE!!!
Can’t open my account
I haven’t had any issues with paying my mortgage but this month of August 2022 I haven’t been able to get in to pay. I get in to log in but the moment I scroll down it closes.

Not much to review. The app crashes right after logging in. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but same issue occurs.
Crashes constantly
Everything you need is in this app, you can do everything away from your computer - in theory. Unfortunately, the app crashes constantly upon loading after about 5 seconds and renders it unusable.
SEVERE APP UPDATE NEEDED!
This app struggles to load most times. I have checked for updates; most recent over one year ago. Deleted and redownloaded. How secure is this app really? Please update! Thanks.
