Initial set-up
During the initial set up for the app, the date of birth section, when selected, will not result in the keyboard presenting itself to enter info in. Unable to even get passed set-up screen.Cantleyz71
App is useless
The app doesn’t allow me to I make auto pay enrollment changes and or manage payment methods. I just get a bunch of error messages. Be prepared to actually go online or talk to someone in customer service.Dec. 8th
Unable to make payments
Were you like me and read the app’s features and saw the thumbnails that show you’d be able to make payments on the app? But first, did you have to reset your password although your old password works correctly on the browser? And after finally logging in, did you tap the payment page and tapped Pay bill, only to get a message saying that my account status does not allow me to pay my bill using this app?
