This app is the absolute worst. I have an account online so it won’t let me have the app also. The website works well except it won’t let you make payments that under the full amount.
Glitchy & unable to complete registration
I’m unable to complete registration process because the “Finish” button never becomes activated to enable me to click it, in spite of the fact I’ve entered 2 matching valid passwords, username, and read terms and conditions & selected “Yes, I agree.”
Make a app that works!!!!

This app doesn’t allow me to log in it keeps telling me sorry we don’t recognize your information call help center their the worst couldn’t help me to reset my password but yet the help centered believe if I re register the app by a miracle will work
Unable to make payments
I’ve tried many times I will say the whole day just to make a payment but I can’t get to my account. This is so Frustrating
Can’t make my payment
Keep trying to make a payment early and it won’t let me, telling me my account status won’t allow me to make a payment. Tried calling customer service, after being disconnected and transferred around, they told me they would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. At the last minute, I was able to make a payment, but this month I am trying to pay early again and boom, it won’t let me. Seems to me they don’t want you to pay early where they make less $.

Useless
Same problem as another person stated. The keyboard won’t pop up for the date of birth section on the first screen to get started. You can’t skip it, and you can’t enter it.... so a giant waste of time.
Needs Separate Registration?
Why would this need a separate registration process, password, etc from the main website. It shouldn’t!
Love this app
Great functionality- access to all kinds of information including documents related to my closing and ability to pay quickly from my phone!
Initial set-up
During the initial set up for the app, the date of birth section, when selected, will not result in the keyboard presenting itself to enter info in. Unable to even get passed set-up screen.
