Parents, don’t despair you don’t actually need this useless app. You can just download the one for your kit and start right up. Abacus, If you want people to use this, you need to check your system is actually sending out the emails. All folders checked and 24 hours later, no email. Also re-word your boom to state this step IS NOT required. Thankfully we just skipped this so we could enjoy this Christmas Morning.Show lessBrad D-R

Cannot register
I see reviews from a year ago saying they could never register or confirm their eMail address. Clearly the app / toy developer hasn’t bothered to fix this because I can’t get the registration to work either. My daughter was excited to receive this but I can already tell the quality must be poor if the app doesn’t work and the company won’t take the time to fix it.Show lessNancio14

I am not sure if it’s because it’s Christmas and there might be a jam but i have been waiting to get the link registration for the past 4 hours and had it resent twice but I am yet to receive it.meenaasuen

No verification email
App won’t send verification email. It’s not in the junk folder. Unable to use at all without an account. Can’t get an account with email verification. By the time you read this, it will be too late. Sorry.uhhnjuokm
Doesn’t work
We’ve tried multiple time downloading this app. It usually just shows a white screen when we open it. Once we were able to type in our email but when we tapped the confirm button, nothing happened. My kids were so excited to use this, but haven’t been able to. Please fix the app!!!!!LaurenG2010
