The app won’t let me in glitches

Please fix this app, I used to use this app and not sat my body lost a lot of weight when I used it. I made a new account and paid my hard earned money! It keeps saying cannot connect to the internet!!! This is crazy 😜 please fix it because there is nothing wrong with my internet connection! The app took my money and I want to use the app because it has so many benefits for my fat loss/muscle gains goals! Thanks and please write me back 🙏🏾
