  • Firmware Update Terminated

    I was happy with the app until I started getting the firmware update notification, now it’s stuck in a loop. I press to confirm update, it tries to update, then I get update terminated alert and it starts all over again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that does not fix the issue. Think it’s time to just go buy the real deal.

  • Same Issue as Described in Other Review

    I too just received my watch and had the same issue with the firmware update as mentioned in the other review in which I select “confirm”, it begins the update process then say “firmware update terminated”. My daughter has had the same watch for about a year with no issues. I hope a fix can be found.

    I like the watch I just can’t figure out how to connect my messages??
  • Cannot set up account

    Attempted 5 times to enter height, there is no NEXT button on the 4th screen & no way to bypass this requirement
    No way to synchronize the watch without the OnWear account = the watch is not a watch.
  • App won’t stay connected and won’t stay open?

    Not sure what happened but is not consistent. At first I thought it was my phone but I have a new phone and it still won’t stay connected…

    Was working ok but not now. Not sure if it has to do with the updated iOS or what but the app closes as soon as it opens up
  • Brand New Watch, Not Connecting to App

    My watch just came in the mail today. Super excited to set it up. Charged it first, turned on Bluetooth on my phone, allowed all notifications and location, then when trying to Connect Device, nothing shows up. I’ve restarted and updated my IPhone 11 (I know kinda old now but still), I restarted the watch, and nothing. Very disappointing. Would love some help, but might send it back.

  • Set up is concerning

    Birth year goes to a maximum of 2009?
    No synching to app
    No confirmation email during set up
  • Watch no longer connects

    The app can’t find my watch anymore. It has been getting slower and more glitchey over time, so I I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now it can’t find my watch, I tried resetting the watch as suggested and now it can’t even be used for the time.

    What is your watch model? You can unbind the device by clicking the watch on the device page in the app. Go to the iPhone's settings, Bluetooth, find your watch name in the Bluetooth list, click the "!" logo on the right, enter the secondary page, and ignore the device. If there is no such mark, please turn off the bluetooth. Finally, go back to the App and search to add your watch.
  • AP doesn’t work anymore

    I have had crashing issues. I uninstalled the ap and now I can’t get it to work at all. 😡
