  • Not working

    When I tried opening the app, it immediately closed. I restarted my phone and it still had this issue. I deleted the app and re downloaded it and it finally opened but now the app is not working or connecting to the watch. Please fix!

  • App & phone will not sync

    At least once a week my phone and app loses sync. Re-syncing every week is becoming a nuisance. Now the app will not open for me to re-sync. I’m about to disconnect permanently and invest in the Apple Watch
  • Can’t connect to health app

    I was really disappointed to find out this watch & app didn’t do the very BASIC feature of connecting with the health app. I had a $10 smart watch from WISH of all places and that one even connected to the health app. So disappointing. Please fix!!!!
  • Firmware issue.

    I was instructed by Calvin at support to write this here for the developers. I just received my watch and was super excited to put it to use. As I was placing my settings on the app the firmware update reminder popped up. Every time I hit confirm it goes through a short process, disconnects and then says firmware upgrade terminated. Half of the benefits and settings haven’t worked due to the firmware not being able to be updated. Please let me know how to move forward.

    Since the update I open the app and it crashes Can’t access my data

  • Won’t stay connected! New user every time!???

    The watch itself is fine. The app has felt to work consistently over this last week of having the watch it keeps logging me out or force closing. I’ve had to sign in as a new user every time it logs me out of the app.I’ve literally made an account seven times with the same email and password and it’ll keep making me a new account.

Now we have located the problem, but we need your assistance to help us verify whether the problem is solved.   • App won’t open anymore

  • Force closing

    The app won’t even open anymore. It tries and then closes. Restarted phone and nothing helps.
  • App is Crap

    After reading multiple positive reviews on Amazon I decided to purchase the watch. I was hoping that the device would replace my Fitbit. I love the watch and all of the features but the app is junk! After less than 24 hours of downloading the app and syncing the watch with the app, the app stopped working. When I try to access the app it automatically shuts down leaving me without access to some of the watches features. If the app was half as good as the watch this would be an awesome purchase. Unfortunately, during these economic straining times, if the app does not improve I’ll be returning the watch.

  • Love the watch face options

    I love that there are lots of free watch faces included with this. We had some loading issues a few weeks back but everything has been sunning smoothly since then. The weather does not/has never been able to sync from my iPhone to the watch, but it’s ok. Everyone else works phenomenally.

    Sorry, we are checking the problem. Is it impossible to use the application after downloading and installing again after deletion?
