Add card to Apple Pay feature doesn’t work and is broken. No option for sms OTP and call center has no clue how to fix.

The app is not going past the ID verification step. I tried many times but it gets stuck on the verification button and I can’t do proceed with opening an account. Other features work fine. Please look into this issue and fix it.iaSuperman
