Worst banking app ever
I have never used anything as bad as this app.. I can’t even log in with face recognition. I have to manually input my username and password Everytime, and that was fine, until recently they had to act smart and release an update where I have to use Face ID to confirm a transfer.. there isn’t even an option to switch to OTP or any other method. JUST Face ID. And my Face ID works just fine with every single app on my phone, and Apple Pay, and even unlocking my phone, except with this app it doesn’t work.
I tried calling customer care but they’re always busy 24/7 and I never get call backs. It’s gotten so bad I’ve opened another bank account and I keep my funds there, and the only reason I still use this bank is because even closing an account is a hassle.
Even 1 star is too generous. If there was a negative rating option I’d give it. this bank would win the “worst bank ever” award if there was one..Show lessControl follow n likes

When i try to open the app it doesn’t work and say ensecure connection.
I tryed changed between data and wifi and still same issue

When I try to type the OTP that I receive via SMS, the app crashes right away. I've tried multiple time on different days. Never worked. The app should be updated and bugs should be fixed. It's a bank..jiddhdcdccddc
