Buggy App - Unable to use
I was so stoked Neato is back but I was disappointed I was unable to use the app to earn rewards or to order & pay. I cannot add funds to my e-wallet and the app keeps closing out.LaurKMy

Hi Laura, so sorry to hear about your troubles with the App. The famous company that controls the technology that powers the App changed something without any warning, which caused that. We've quickly updated things so they should work now - try logging out, then logging back in and you should be able to do everything. The famous company that controls the technology that powers the App changed something without warning that caused the issues you and so many were having. We figured it out and updated things, so everything works again. Please try logging out then logging back in. Awwww thanks for letting us know. We tested it on a lot of different devices - as usual. We do try to make our Apps available on as many new phones as we can, but we're just a little tech company now without the biggest budgets - and we're just trying to help American businesses be more "mobile" like the famous companies to the best of our ability!Hungryman

Hi. Unfortunately our famous server company was down today across all of America, which took down lots of other websites and apps too. And we were totally powerless to do anything until they went back up. We are working on redundancy plans with Neato to have more fail safes in place if that ever happens again. Sorry about that. the app simply does not do what it was designed to do. i have spent a maddening hour just trying to open the app, but it crashes every time. neato burrito wasted time and money developing an app to reopen during the pandemic when they could have switched to a phone order system or added online ordering functionality to their website. foolish.Show lessmeta.meg

Hi. Sorry for your trouble. Our famous server company went down all across America today, which took down tons of other companies too. We ironically have been working on 2 website/online ordering systems and a Kiosk system with Neato as redundancy plans. Just super bad timing. Also, they get way too many orders so they'd probably have to hire 2 people just to take phone orders if they did it that way - which means they'd probably have to go up on their prices just to accomodate that increase in OpEx. Both websites and the Kiosk should be up soon. Thanks!App opens and that’s it.

Nothing works
I downloaded the app and when it doesn’t crash on the loading screen, none of the buttons work. I see the UI but non of the buttons do anything. It’s like it is frozen.Simply_Tom
