iphone SE 1st gen problems
app is not designed for iphone 5 thru SE 1st gen displays.
also time was weird when i placed my order. local time was 11 but the app was saying it was 10 and i couldn't order until 10:45. i waited until 11:45 and was able to order.

Hi. Update: We just checked all SEs and the App is completely fine, so there must be some unsupported settings on your device. And, you are correct, we don't currently support older devices - like a lot of brands also don't. Email us your phone number and we'll have a support person call you and work with you directly to resolve this. We have a lot of Users on iPhone SE who have had no problems at all. Hi! We absolutely appreciate your understanding and patience! The App is technically in "BETA" and combines the technology of not just our small Tech/App Company, but the Client's Restaurant operation, Square, Apple and Google, so it does take a little time to get everything smooth - especially when it's Neato's first time having an App! Hi. We're currently in BETA and working fast to resolve all issues. Most issues have been a result of Neato simply trying to accomodate all its Customers by adding features based on their feedback and us trying to accomodate both them and their Customers. The "Menu Only" option does show only Sides, but that's because it was for testing and we didn't want to put "For Testing Only". Neato will soon make it a copy of their full menu for After-Hours Viewing Only. Also, there might have been a small window where Users could order when the location was closed due to us trying to improve the Order Cutoff Times feature. Despite all this, hundreds of people have still been successfully ordering and picking up their order, so the App is not "completely broken".

Hi. We'd love to make some changes based on your feedback. Can you give more specifics about the UI design and what makes it horrible? As for TOS, sounds like you didn't have an internet or cell connection because there's one there. So maybe that's why it didn't appear to be one? Do you see it now? Also, we've fixed the background bug, but it sounds like you're still on an old version. As for the Order Tracking, no further info is meant to be on that page except the Order ID, Pickup Time and what phase the Order is in. Sounds like you just saw a blank page with no order? Can you please send us a screenshot of that? Feel free to call us too. We'd love to work through your concerns with you personally. We'll even throw in a couple of free burritos for your time! Also, American businesses and restaurants are in trouble because of this little pandemic thing, which you may have heard about? So, there are lots of reasons why a restaurant might choose to go live knowing there should've been more testing. We'd be more than happy to put you on the Testing Team though.
