  • Beyond the Process

    Although the process itself brought me to literal tears on Day 6, it has been the after quitting supports that have seemed the most different from other quitting experiences that I have had. The reminders, “go back to” directions, and the continued ability to connect with a coach all support permanence as a non-smoker, and I am beyond grateful!

  • This is the only help you’ll need

    I’ve been smoke free for 1 month and 14 days.
    This app really does work. You still need will power. My first day of quitting was the hardest. It’s different for everyone. I have gained 11 pounds. And I still get slight head heaviness. That’s a withdraw symptom. I really didn’t think I could quit. But here I am. Smoke free.

  • Brilliant Sorcery!

    I am 2 days in of being vape free thanks to QuitSure! No cravings and no withdrawals. I can honestly say that I don’t think of smoking at all. It has helped me more than I could have ever imagined. I actually stumbled upon this app in a Facebook support group and simply started day 1 to learn more about QuitSure. I was immediately interested in this physiological technique and decided it was no time like the present to go forward with quitting! 6 days later, I’m now a non-smoker!! And I’m feeling the best I have ever felt! All you have to do it read the modules, listen to every instruction, and complete the journal entries each day. Simple! And by day 6, you will no longer be a smoker!

    I have never written a review for an app in my life. This is the first 4 days I have not smoked in 25 years. This app is a gift from above, I never believed I could quit and here I am after all this time with only mild urges on Day 4.

  • Works!

    This App works. It’s a lot of work with reading and exercises, but totally worth the time. I have a script and a journal to refer back to if I get an urge. So far the craving has faded for the most part. I have more zing! Try it, what do you have to lose, except more money and poor health. Oh and stinky everything!

    This app has literally saved my life. When I decided to quit, my body was in pain all the time and it was severe pain. I knew all the pain I was experiencing was due to smoking. I had quit smoking once for two years but after suffering a mental break down , I returned to smoking. I also knew I couldn’t do it cold turkey again and I needed a program that was easy to follow, that didn’t cost money, didn’t have me buying different products, didn’t have me changing my lifestyle. So I looked into app that said in 6 days I would be smoke free and with no withdrawals and no desire to smoke ever again. Sound like a joke , well let me tell you this program worked for me, and I had been smoking for over 40 years. On the 6th day I smoked my last cigarette and I’m not stressing. If I can do it so can you , but you have to commit to working the entire program, read everything offered, do all the exercises, don’t skip any direction! Complete the program and by day 6, you will be a happy non smoker!!!!

  • My Last Hope

    I’ve tried so many times, using so many methods, that QuitSure was my last hope. If it didn’t work, I was just going to give up and accept that I would always be a smoker. I smoked for over 40 years, a pack a day. I finished the 6-day program last night. I woke up with a silly grin on my face. I found myself with literally a “bounce” in my step today. This is not a magic bullet — it takes time and commitment — but it is the only method I’ve used that makes sense. It is similar to Alan Carr, but it goes deeper, explains further and just “clicked” in my brain. After about day 3 I noticed I was smoking less, although it was not intentional. Keep in mind that if you smoke flavored cigarettes, it is advised to switch to regular by day 6. The app is handy and can be loaded on multiple devices. I have it on my phone and ipad so I can refer to my journal, re-read sections and review videos anywhere. The “final script” is a short video that I can click on anytime I feel the slightest urge. The app teaches the difference between “urge” and “craving”. After the 6-day program, you will have mild urges for a few days until the nicotine is expelled from your body, but you will NOT have cravings. This has been the missing link for me. Will update in 6 months. Good luck!
