    I have multiple disabilities, one of them being deafness and another adhd. This app makes a world of difference and for 4 lectures, my notes were delivered the next day. So grateful.

  • Fix the bugs!!!!!

    In my accommodations this is the app that I must use and over the last three weeks I have noticed a ton of bugs. I want to start off with how disappointed I get when I see that the app hasn’t been updated in at least a year not even a update for bug fixes. Secondly I have lost so many recordings due to the recording being unexpectedly stopped with no explanation, this is while I am in do not disturb mode which turns off all notifications. When this happens it will record for a couple seconds or a couple minutes and then stop and in turn I lose the ability to review the lecture and the next time I’m watching my phone like a hawk to make sure it is still recording. The last thing is I would like to access my recordings and notes across all my devices, if I’m logged into the same account on my iPad I should be able to access the recordings and notes that I had on my phone. I know this is a lot but fixing the app will make me actually enjoy using it.

  • Not user friendly

    I have recordings uploaded to the NTE website but they are not accessible through this app. It’s would be nice to be able to review notes and recording using my phone when I’m not at my laptop. Overall I will probably not use this app that often.

  • It’s okay…

    I mean the app is cool, just takes forever. I had an exam due and out of 12 lectures, I only got four returned in a span of three weeks. It takes forever. I had someone call me and lost all the recording so it was really frustrating.

Mobile calls will interrupt a recording so we suggest that you switch your mobile device to airplane mode while recording (please ensure airplane mode is switched off after the recording has been made so that it can sync).   • Take forever to get your notes

    Every time I record my lecture it take more than a week to get 1 recording. Im constantly emailing customer service and tell me they will fix it but they never do. I’m still missing a lot of my notes. Bad app!

  • Awful app

    I tried to submit my lecture but it said it was too long and Ingave to pay for WeTransfer? Absolutely not.

    Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. We recommend a recording to be under 2 hours in duration, if you need to record longer than this, suggest that you do a part 2 (ie. stop and save the first part and then start a new recording). Hope this helps. Sincerely, Chad (Student Support Ambassador)
  • Keeps crashing at the beginning of lectures, delay getting notes back

    I have had this app for two weeks and already have had it crash during 4 of my lectures. The app will stay open but stop the recording 20s-60s after initiating recording. I didn’t know that it crashed each time it’s happened so far, so I didn’t end up getting a recording of those lectures which is vital to me doing well in my upper division science classes.

    I need this to be functional for my disabilities.

    Also I’ve had a total of 7 lectures go beyond 48 hours to get a return of requested notes. 6 of which were ordered more than a week ago and have not come back to me. It’s really disappointing because I have an exam on Monday and this app so far has not been a reliable study tool for my exams.

  • Incredible waste of time

    I was assigned this tool in college, but it is absolutely horrendous. It is slow, it never delivers my notes in 48 hours like it says it will, it often takes weeks. The team is responsive but is very slow in responding. The notes are also often messy and in a confusing arrangement that is hard to follow, the bullet points used are unnecessary and some of the information recorded by the student or user is often not on the notes recorded down by the note taker.

  • Slow delivery times

    So far this app is off to an unfortunately terrible start.
    I submitted 3 recordings to be transcribed, and it took two days longer than the promised 48hr window.
    I contacted the chat support who was less than concerned and said they are “working on it”. After persistently telling this person that it’s been well past the timeframe, my notes were delivered to me about 4-6 hours later.
    Two of the recordings had barely a few sentences written, and the 3rd was great.
    Well I submitted another request 4 days ago, and still haven’t received them.
    So once again, it’s been double the amount of time it was supposed to take, and I’m already about to have my next class again without the notes from the previous week.

    Waste of time and money. Don’t bother.

  • Bad service

    Recently my orders were taking way too long to receive. Customer support live chat also takes too long to connect to an agent. My orders usually say will be delivered within 48 hours but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
