    I’ve been using this app for a while now through my colleges accommodations. The interface is very easy to use and the team is amazing at getting notes to you in a timely manner. The notes are always thorough and delivered in the time period given: almost always earlier actually. My one qualm is that sometimes I’ll hit start recording and it’ll start but when I pick up my phone at the end of class it’s no longer recording. Unsure if that’s on their end or my phones end. But other than that the app has been great and I recommend it to colleges looking for something like this.

  • Concern

    So I was assigned to this app by college for my accommodations for my learning disability purpose I was using and I record one of my lectures and kicked me out and try to log back in and I’m typing back my school email and my password and I reset it but it still gives me the same message that my password and my email address that I entered are incorrect and I couldn’t continue recording my class lecture since I got kicked out from my account and it doesn’t let me log back in. And my lecture that I recorded is in their

    The honest truth this app need a lot of improvement and a lot of bug fixes made into this app

  • good but seriously flawed

    i got this app as part of my accommodations in college for my learning disorder. when it does what it’s meant to its an excellent app and the notes i receive are top notch, but sometimes it will just delete my recording and there is nothing i can do to recover it.

    there should be an update where we are able to save the recording periodically and go back and add to it later. if this is not possible, we should be able to upload audio recordings from other apps such as apple voice memos, since this one clearly cannot be trusted to save our valuable recordings. i’m writing this in class as i’ve just lost over an hour of notes without even closing the app.

    please fix these bugs because this has the potential to be the perfect app.

  • Do not depend on it.

    Between the bugs of the app and the website plus the turnover time for getting notes, I would not depend on this app. For instance, I will request notes and it will say that my request has been placed and will show a clock icon beside those notes to indicate that you will be waiting on the notes . Then I’ll come back to the app the next day and see that I have to hit the request button again. And if you don’t request them again, you will not get your notes (took me a while to figure this out). So I’ve had some notes that I will not receive until 2 weeks later- which is not beneficial for when you have multiple tests and quizzes over time and require those notes to study for those assignments in a timely fashion. If you contact their email, they will try to respond but between the 2 weeks and waiting on slow emails, your test will probably have already passed.

    When excluding these notes that take a long time to receive, the normal average time it takes for me to get notes is 2-3 days (if requested during the week days excluding Friday). Thus, my advice would be to have a back up and do not rely on this service.

  • Login Fails

    I try typing my login info correctly multiple time and it keeps saying it’s not. I go back on the laptop and it works fine. Might wanna fix this.
