Misleading - Waste of money

App does not allow you to write to even 1 NFC tag to try unless paid for. So I updated to Pro thinking it would offer me a certain type of “GET URL” option to write, but it does not. All the writing features which was my main reason to use this app do not offer anything more than what all the other FREE apps do. Was a waste of money for me.

Hello, I am deeply sorry you had a poor experience with my app and that the kind of option you wanted was not among those supported. Please, contact me at support@cdf1982.com and I will send you instructions to get a refund for your purchase! My best, Cesare - Update: Happy I could help you in getting the refund, I strive to make people happy with my apps and if it was not for you, it wasn't fair for you to pay. Ciao!

Requires subscription

It’s not possible to actually purchase the app; you have to keep paying for it (a detail that is conveniently omitted from the in-app payment section). That’s not reasonable, since many developers and companies do quite well by the one-time-purchase model. Charging for updates is fine, but software tools are meant to be owned. Demanding continual payment is greedy.

Hi and thank you for trying Link HUB. Not liking subscription is certainly a legitimate personal opinion (another, mine, is believing that the expectation of people working without ongoing remuneration is actually greedy), but you're very wrong when you say the app hides that it offers a subscription: Link HUB is free for up to 4 links, as clearly stated in the App Store description; then, the upgrade screen that Users access by tapping "Link HUB Subscription" has the title "Subscribe to Pro", the button says "4,99 $ 1 year" (very greedy indeed for a niche app kept updated that works on iOS, iPad and Mac and has cloud sync) and below there's a detailed, plain English explanation of how the subscription works (renewal deadline, and even a link for canceling it). How you could say the fact the app offers (NOT requires) a subscription is deceitfully hidden baffles me. One thing is not to like subscriptions, which a lot of people do but app developers eat every day too, not once in their lifetime, the other is accusing someone to hide things because you just didn't read. I'm honestly happy to have only people that appreciate this reality of app development sustainability use my apps, but thank you for trying Link HUB nevertheless. Ciao from Italy, Cesare

Wonderful for college & Zoom!!!!

During COVID-19, I was tryng to find something that could stay on my desktop and I could access links quickly. I couldn't be any more happier with this. It would be nice if this could sync with icloud/back up services. Thanks for such a nifty app!
