    Really nice app, but it needs up to 10gb of internet per a day
  • Please add in Mystro the “Copy the pickup address” and “Copy the destination address” buttons!

    Someone already mentioned this suggestion earlier in their review for Mystro.

    Please add in Mystro the “Copy the pickup address” and “Copy the destination address” buttons.
    In my humble opinion, these buttons should become available after the driver accepts the ride.

    It is a really good feature, which would many drivers use with their NAV systems in downtown with a lot of high-rise buildings which makes for GPS navigation communication with satellites much more difficult.

    I certainly will this feature!
    THANK YOU!!!

  • Great app

    I used this app many years ago. It has come a long way. Seems the auto accept for Uber isn’t perfect and doesn’t always work. But the app does turn each service on and off well. I don’t use the filters because common sense tells you that your acceptance rate will be affected. That’s not the fault of the developer. Furthermore, sometimes the ride share app doesn’t always provide enough information for Mystro to use. Also not the fault of the developers.

    Overall I like the app. Makes it easier to do both Uber and Lyft simultaneously.

  • Blocker

    The blocker in new update don't give opportunity to look the final destination to drop off. How to turn off this new feature - blocker ???
  • Suggestion

    The app is amazing! I wish it could automatically switch to the app after accepting offers and provide directions for you, making it truly hands-free. I also hope for support for more apps, especially Spark. Adding geofences and restaurant filters would be a great addition.

  • MYSTRO is a useful app, but has serious shortcomings and missing an important feature.

    Date of review: 2023-09-09

    My hardware: iPhone 11, iOS version 16.6.

    MY VERDICT: MYSTRO is a useful app, but has serious shortcomings and missing an important feature.

    SHORTCOMINGS:

    -Huge data usage. MYSTRO consumes AT LEAST 5(five) times more data than Uber and Lyft combined. Example: Over a 12-hour shift in Toronto, Canada: MYSTRO consumed 3.0 GB, in addition to 570 MB consumed by both UER and LYFT. I have a data plan for 50GB per month, so I use MYSTRO just during the rush hours to filter the requests, and at other times I remove MYSTRO from the iPhone memory and open UBER and LYFT at the same time, and switch between them when get requests for a ride;

    -In Toronto (Canada), when a request comes from Lyft, it shows in the LYFT app the local map with the pickup route in blue colour and the subsequent trip route in red colour. For some unknown reason, the MYSTRO app shows only the pickup route in red colour and doesn’t show the trip route at all. It would be great if MYSTRO showed both the pickup and trip routes using the same colours as in the LYFT app;

    -The font size used by MYSTRO for displaying information is too small compared to the font used by LYFT and UBER, and it creates an issue with quick reading for people who don’t have a perfect vision;

    FEATURE SUGGESTION:

    AND DESPITE ALL OF THE ABOVE, I would use MYSTRO all the time if it had one obvious feature that means a lot for iPhone owners. I mean that MYSTRO is lacking a button: “Copy the pickup address”. Clicking on this button, the driver should be able to copy the address into the buffer (NOTE: Copy just the pickup address without the associated business name, if any) for the vehicle’s built-in GPS navigator, and then the driver subsequently pastes the copied pickup address into the app (this app is usually provided by the vehicle manufacturer, for connecting iPhone and the vehicle GPS), for sending the copied pickup address into the built-in GPS navigator for further navigation. IT IS A BIG DEAL for UBER and LYFT drivers who use iPhones for UBER and LYFT apps!!! The iPhone sensor used for navigation sucks, at the beginning of a ride it often shows in the UBER or LYFT app the wrong direction for driving, and if drivers go in that direction, they then have to make unnecessary detours or U-turns, thus arriving for pickup much later and get cancellations from the upset riders.

    (NOTE: Currently, a driver can read in MYSTRO a pickup address, but there is no way to copy it. As a result, a driver has to retype it in the GPS manually.)

    Can you include for filter an option with user rating <=. Thank you
  • Continually Crashes

    This app took some getting used to. Things were going okay until suddenly the app wouldn’t stay open and it continues to crash every time I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost a lot of driving time.

    The worst part about this app is that you get used to using it, and count on it, only for it to fail right when you need it most!

    I won’t be renewing my subscription.

  • Bug in new update

    Since my app update. After accepting an Uber ride trip details and the last ride window option disappear.
    Also app is consuming lot of data but it's worth it.
  • I’m a driver who used Mystro

    I was curious. Always trying to improve. Used the week long trial to adjust to using the app as well as trying different filters.

    After a week I was comfortable but unsure if I was able to earn more so I bought in and here’s what I found:

    The app does, in fact, switch off Lyft or Uber when you accept a ride. The filters also work. Find what you need as a minimum and the app will automatically accept jobs without you needing to make a decision. Very helpful while driving. I would argue the safety component is the feature I value. If you set the filters too high though, you won’t get many jobs and you will end up needing to reset or accept jobs after a quick review.

    The app absolutely does NOT help you earn more. It does not! I’m in Austin. I make $29/hour without the app and about the same with it. I could easily argue I make less.

    Glitches. Yes, they are there. At first I thought it could be my network, Verizon, but it isn’t. Glitching cost me a few rides. Got frustrated and eventually decided to discontinue. I may not make more money but I’m certainly not going to make less because a glitch cost me a ride.

    For me Lyft worked better. The glitches happened more w Uber. I don’t Door Dash any longer.

    The safety element is worth considering but the $20/month charge is too high a price point. I’d consider an updated version if the glitches were fixed and the cost was around $5 or $6/month.

    Hope this helps.
