    Audio Notifications no longer working. App doest say “New Uber ride for approval” after recent update.
  • Cool concept, execution is lacking. App is buggy.

    Issues with missing high-value trips on Uber because the app takes too long to accept them automatically. There is no way to manually accept a ride that matches your filters, so you have to wait for the app to try to auto accept and just hope it doesn’t miss the ride you actually want. Spends too much time on the ride screen for rides that fail filters, and no way to manually accept the ones that pass without switching to Uber app.

    App also has an issue where it will randomly go completely black, requiring a reinstall.

    My other complaint is that this app cannot filter and auto-accept rides while you’re actively in a trip, even when you have Mystro pulled up when it is offered. Would be nice to just let the app accept rides for me while on a trip if they match my filters. I’ll update this review as some of these concerns are addressed.

    Sorry to hear that you were having issues :( We have made many changes to the app which I think have solved most of your requests including a new auto accept and auto decline filter.   • Continually Crashes

    This app took some getting used to. Things were going okay until suddenly the app wouldn’t stay open and it continues to crash every time I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost count and I still cannot get this app to work again. Really disappointed!
  • I cancel my subscription because

    The app was great before this update. It misses rides freezes up and turns off. I used it because it automatically accepts rides but it takes a really long time to accept Uber rides and you miss it. I wish I could go back to the old version where it worked perfectly great. I cancelled my subscription because of this.

    It is impossible to log into your account asks to register again again everything to register everything does not work.
  • CANCELLED

    Because after the Mystro App Update it won’t let me login with my email and my phone number. It says to contact support which brings you to Uber Support. Uber told me that my account is active and this is an issue with Mystro not Uber!

  • Does not work as stated

    I followed all directions on how to install the app and run it. When I turn the app on I will hear it say ride for approval and the information for the ride will quickly flash on the the screen and disappear. I do not have the option to control manual approval of rides through the app. I can’t even see the ride information or a timer to accept in the app as well.

    The app does not switch between apps like it’s suppose to. When a trip is accepted it’s suppose to go offline for the other rideshare. Example: I accept a trip for Uber then Lyft is suppose to go offline and vice versa, but it doesn’t it leaves both online and if you don’t physically turn or disable one or the other then if you don’t accept the trip even if your on one app then your rating gets effected and goes down on your acceptance rating. And the filters set don’t work if you set for a 3 min pickup it still sends well over 8-25 min pickups.

  • Clarification

    I downloaded the App the other day and deleted it today - because: When I opened the app, the first thing that I was confronted with was an agreement to automatically accept all rides. Assuming I have both Uber and Lyft open, when a $2.50 cent ride comes through, it seems to me that it will be accepted and the other app closed. With upfront pricing, I reject more rides than I accept. I ran this app three or four years ago. I’m sure that it has changed since then. Still, that automatic acceptance of rides hit me wrong and I deleted the app.

    Thanks for your feedback–that's a great point. We have switched it so that the app now defaults to "Manual" mode. We hope you'll give Mystro another try.
  • Doesn’t work for Uber

    I don’t know what the issue is, but when I get a ride from Uber it doesn’t work when it switches apps. Even worse, when I give up on this app I’m still locked out of Uber for about an hour. It says I must go offline from a different device before I can go online.
