Although we cannot say much about the lore now we can tell you that your comment will be sent to the team so that they can gauge the interest that all players have regarding more concise lore or even a story mode. The team will be informed as they work on implementing different features into the game. I was expecting something like Vainglory, something like an intense and strategic 20 min game, something that can make me dive in and forget about the tiredness of my work. But this is more like a quick snack. I asked a few friends of mine to join but we lost interest after a week. I tried to love it but it is not as competitive as what I want it to be. Perhaps I am just missing VG haha.Show lesswu-6624
Match making and bots
For real guys I expected way more than that I honestly did I couldn’t wait for this game knowing that it will be soo perfect moba that everyone wants to play.
Unfortunately the match making is soo bad almost all the time im playing and against bots the lobby is never full with real player and its bad bots have no fun to kill u are literally killing the game with bots theres no pleasure killing bots unlike vainglory the match making was perfect in entire moba gaming please take out the bots and y not enter rank mode too that would be competitive for alot of real players that would make the game soo amazing i would definitely love to spend more time on it and another 2 or 3 mods can also be perfect to make me be staying up late and some of my money too the game is very fun the style the colors and graphics every thing is beautiful
And when it comes to weapons the sniper is broken long range regular shot and dead how y is it over powered and im still desperate to play with all real players match making needs update ASAPShow lessFadee27472772

What initially looked like a fun “MOBA-lite” game quickly devolved into a slow, slogging grind to unlock gacha chests of pathetically minuscule weapon and item upgrades. A player’s skillful or savvy gameplay is inevitably stymied by the one or two “super players” who have obviously sunk significant amounts of real money to become unstoppable bullet sponges… horribly unfun in opposition, but almost as deflating when paired with one on your own team.
Regardless of the optimistic promises seen within the developer’s responses, this intrinsically unjust model of game design will ultimately lead to this game’s deserved desolation.Show lessnoahsam
Great game but didn’t get halfway through campaign
Great fun and a interesting game. I loved vainglory but this game is completely different and quite unique!
After a few days of playing I gave up as the game heavily encourages payments for countless upgrades of your loadout. Once the training wheels come off you’re constantly going to be playing against players doing twice as much damage as you, either because they’ve played longer or paid a ridiculous amount for itShow lessRichardd_S

My second review. Fun game, but, missing texting.
Please add texting. Especially important when forming a Party, to be able to chat before we start an Arena.
I form a Party, and because Voice is wonky (even if it worked, it is best that I don’t use Voice); time and time again, friends join me, and because I can’t communicate, they leave before we are a full Party. If I chatted in Party Chat, I could let them know I’m inviting others, I can ask them what Arena they want to do, etc. But. I currently can’t chat, and voice is broken.
Party Chat would be a good thing to add soon, please.

Very Promising
As a former Vainglory player since the beginning, I believe Catalyst Black has the potential to be on-par or even surpass the
groundbreaking game that was VG.

The game is good, but would enjoy it more if you didn’t limit game modes by level. I don’t want to grind just to play a mode I enjoy. You’re potentially losing gamers because one of your modes is hidden behind a level cap, and you haven’t captivated me enough to continue playing. The control scheme for vainglory was and always will be better than virtual joystick.Show lesslifeiscontent

I wish there was a progression system for the weapons that was performance based rather then loot box/ daily shop resets. Or even both would be fine, but I’m nasty with the sniper and I can’t level it up it’s super frustrating.Show lessmadonia01
