unprofessional experience
I had a completely unprofessional experience with their application and customer service, which lacks basic business practices. I booked and paid for a reservation, and we confirmed the details via WhatsApp. However, after two hours, and at a very late hour, they canceled my reservation, claiming they could not find a car of the same category. This was particularly frustrating as it was a critical time for me, and I couldn't look for an alternative on such short notice. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that the staff are supposed to provide better service, especially given the circumstances. This will be the last time I deal with them.

I used the service for a trip from Alahsa to Dammam. The organizer for my trip was very helpful. The driver was amazing as professional as it should be. The trip was the best road trip I had in my life. I will definitely use the service again and I thank Mohamed Aseem for taking me home safely.

"I had an excellent experience with the NAYLAM app. The driver was highly professional in both interaction and driving, always punctual, and the vehicle was spotless. What stood out the most is that when you choose a vehicle, you get the exact same one as shown in the picture—not just the same size, but the exact model displayed. Although the service is a bit pricey, considering the range of available services, it actually feels like a bargain. The overall efficiency is outstanding, and I no longer worry about my airport transfers. Highly recommended!"
