Passport renewal
My application for passport renewal delayed for more than three months and I wrote multiple emails to support group but couldn’t able to hear any response about the status of my application. I will recommend any one who wants to renew a passport or other stuffs to look other options. Don’t waste your time!!!

Too expensive
The yellow card worths no more than $10 but they are charging over $300 for nothing and it expires in 5 years. What a joke!
I Just give $5 to locals and they will help me with everything that I could have done with yellow card.

Yellow card renewal
I am usually not the type to leave a review but this App deserves some honorable mention.
The process was very much straight forward for all the way until submitting the request.
The email and text message follow ups were very helpful providing feedback on each steps of the renewal process.
Where I was blown away is the fact that I got my yellow card literally 7/8 days after I’ve submitted my requests.
For this document to get processed in Ethiopia and sent back via DHL in a timely manner just shows how far we’ve come in the digital era.
Hats off to the Viditure team as this will help a lot of people !

Horrible customer service +terrible app
I know it worked for some, and I guess this is one of those apps that if it works, it works wonderful. But, if your situation is like mine and you face a single hiccup then you’re out of luck. I created an account and immediately could not login using that account information, and when I tried to reset password it would not send a verification code to my email. I tried creating a new account with a new email, but it wouldn’t let me saying my phone number has been used. I first contacted customer service through the live chat option at which point the agent told me there’s nothing they can do, and when I asked if they can reset my account they said try using another device. When I said I tried a second device and it’s still not working, they said there’s nothing else to do and disconnected.
Customer service attempt number two, I called them and the employee trying to help me is just as useless. Her suggestion is that I find an android phone to use or get a new phone number. I tell her no one I am close to has an android enough for me to ask to use it, especially given Covid times.. she says well then I should get a new phone number.. how is that a reasonable suggestion whatsoever? How do the people who run the app not have ability to reset someone’s account?? Freaking ridiculous and unprofessional because when she was unsatisfied with the fact that I did not want to get a new phone number she also hung up on me… I would give them a 0 if I could. Honestly it’s embarrassing..

What a wonderful app
I just submitted my renewal passport form in less than 5 minutes hope I will get it soon. Nice work
The app is not responsive enough
I am using I phone 6s and after I fill all information about me and my address I could not find the submit but I believe the button is on the bottom of the screen and I couldn’t scroll up or down, so please fix it ASAP!

I was very happy when I saw on YouTube that I can renew my passport on this app. But after I downloaded it and filled up all of the requirements the continue button is not letting me go to the other page. My time is wasted. 0 stars. If you are going to develop an app do it properly.
