Deposit of checks
Last couple of times I deposit a check the white panel telling you to rotate the phone wouldn’t go way. And this time I couldn’t get the phone to take a picture of the back of the check. I got it to happen in the 3th try. Didn’t use to have any problems, but does now.
Upset
I was not aware that America’s Credit Union started charging transfer fees since they merged and was then because of the fees charged an overdraft charge of $35.00. Then I was told the submitted it for a refund because I’ve never had an overdraft before and I still have not been refunded the $35. This is at a bad time for me because I’m o leave from work. Before the merge I felt like America’s credit union really cared about their customers and would not charge all the these fees for this and that.

Should be better
Deposit pictures are rejected and you can’t see pending payments anywhere.
Camera capture terrible
I’ve been depositing via mobile app for years. This latest under date has made camera capture almost impossible
Hate new app
New app is confusing and very difficult to deposit checks.
Pain in the butt
Well designed concept, not user friendly.
Get the fixes done
I love ACU but it was so much better before the merge. Perhaps after a little time, and after all the bugs are worked out, things will return to the awesome business as usual. Getting past the frustration cannot happen quick enough.I’m rooting for my favorite financial institution! Good luck to us all! A better rating is on its way, hopefully!
