App doesn’t work
The system updated over the weekend however there is still an error saying I can’t login. Called the office with no response.

The ability to take the photo takes TOO long. You need to improve the capability of this function.

It is not user friendly. The app gave me errors that were inaccurate. The amount on the check matched what I input. The switching to landscape is awkward resulting in multiple attempts to make a deposit.

Too difficult to capture the photo. Tried it on my phone and iPad and it was extremely frustrating.
Awful app!
The other app was much better. THIS ONE IS AWFUL! I’ve been trying to deposit my check since January 5th!

Very unhappy with the new changes; first big change without any membership notification at all, second, every time I try to long in it sends me back to App Store to get Latest version of app, which I’ve done but still have to go there to gain @ccdss to my account to transact any type business!!??
