This app/watch is not going to give you any reassurance about your child ☹️ if anything it will just give you more frustration/headaches. The app setup was horrendous to start, and once you do get it setup it is missing half the features it claims to have. I see notifications that my child sent me a picture or message but when you open the app it’s not there. Support team will never get back to you on the issues are experiencing either. Listen to the comments, save yourself and do not buy this watch.Show lessl.erin.m
Reliable
the app is easy to use. the content in this app fits my requirement and my need. i can rest assure about the safety of my kids after use this app. hopefully the app will add more better feature to enhance the user ability. EganArmandx
one-press SOS dialling
It's quite convenient to have one-press SOS dialing. You are immediately notified via the app. The software sends configurable warnings when a youngster leaves a predefined area, assisting parents in keeping their child safe.bobbi mcclung

It started out good but….
I have more complaints than I do praise. Great concept but the execution still needs work. When I really needed assist for our lost watch. I didn’t get any help to recover it. Thankfully, I was able to find it unassisted. Not because of the app but just a prayer and a blessing. Which brings me to now restore the device and pairing. I thought it would be a breeze but getting the watch back on track was a headache. After taking all day with customer service and just tinkering with the watch. And experience being locked out of my app for 24hour because I was using the app to much. Of course I was using the app I’m trying to fix my freaking watch. Any more annoyed but I do like the features when it does work in comparison to other kids watch’s. It has it bugs but I think these issues can be fixed . Hopefully soon.
Update : At this point I do not recommend it’s 3/15 and now Angel watch brand will not respond to any call emails or contact of any sort. I have not been able to get my issue with my watch resolved. The fact that a company is avoiding a customer is mind blowing.I didn’t expect a company to have a tantrum when you the customer is trying to get your product fixed. Wow the level of avoidance is baffling. Very displeased. Do not recommend.Show lessAhh annoyed
Horrible UI experience
The Angel Watch has so much potential, it is one of the most featured rich kid’s watches on the market yet the app, like the watch, is painful to use, the UI experience is absolutely awful, nothing is intuitive or even works as intended.jthoresen
Works half the time
The app has enormous amount of bugs. Location accuracy is joke, even when the watch is outdoors with clear sky. Messages in the app are not sorted by date so you don’t really know which message is from when. Half the time you receive notification of a new message but when you go to the app, there isn’t any new messages. This is product is mostly useless for the purpose it advertises. The only thing that is working properly is the phone calls but I wouldn’t spend so much money for that feature only. Very disappointed. You can get an Apple Watch older generation for the same price which would be superior by significant margins.Show lessIggi---
