Condo cafe portal has problems
I have tried unsuccessfully to make my HOA payments through the portal only to have it close when I try to use “make a payment” and when I scheduled the payment, it wasn’t actually taken, so I wonder, do they really want me to pay or what?

App is slow and is not user friendly. Shuts down when trying to change accounts or make payments.

App drop down
The drop down menu to add a role does not populate. The dropdown menu for request does not populate. I cant submit a request for maintenance the button is not on my profile. This is too complicated

Very frustrating poorly designed app. Seem like something from 15 years ago maybe?? Supposed to able to link payment accounts, but doesn’t work at all. Sent issues to developers via condo association, but have not received any response.
Frozen maintenance request submission
I hit submit and and it is “processing” for 10 minutes. Tried three times.
