Is zero star an option?
Once Ocean forced customer to get on this app, the payout become ZERO... don't waste your money. It's fraud. The slot app screen will shake for 0.02 second for almost every play to ensure you don't win.
Communication error
Every time I try playing a game that I like I get a communication error. I was hoping that the new app fix many of the ongoing problems clearly has not.
Great way to burn money
You might as well just put your money in a shredder. Pretty much all online casinos are rigged but this one right here? Wow. I mean, I have to say they have put ZERO effort into showing that they are even trying to make people like their app. Half the games of other apps, half the promos, a quarter of the chance to win and even less to able to win enough to pull out. Just go to a real casino. You’ll be better off. Oh and to add, if you even START a win streak they will forcefully shut the game down and put you in a random game. It happened to me and when I went back I couldn’t get a single win.

Scam Scam
I went through 600 dollars and didn’t even get one bonus I’m starting to think that they are not allowing people to win this is crazy you even get a bonus this app is a scam not happy at all

The selection of games are decent. Some games just spin forever and make it annoying trying to play.
Deposit with a debit card is easy, however if you want to make a withdrawal, you can’t put it back on your debit card. You have to link your bank account. Giving them your account number and routing number. You can’t withdraw to it if you haven’t deposited using your bank account. You can’t deposit using it if your limit says 0, you have to make phone calls(good luck getting through to someone).
Then there is some play+ option where, I have no idea what that even is. It’s confusing.
Lastly, a cash cage option. Depending on where you’re at, it’ll be a couple hours worth of driving and tolls.
I highly recommend using BetRivers or FanDuel instead.

Scam
I’ve never won on this app and I have played a few times it’s really sad I think I’m going to close my account I didn’t even get one bonus and I deposit 250 dollars just sad
Fraudulent
Lost a few hands, finally one 2 in a row then placed larger bet, it logged me out right after I placed the bet, by the time I logged back in the hand was over and I never got to hit my hand and lost. Contacted support right away and they basically told me that thats my problems and offered no help. Worst app ever and possibly rigged too. Very glitchy and I did lose/ push 17 hands in a row on live black jack so seemed like something fishy. Stay away

Terrible- Worse payouts than the rest which is nearly impossible
The payout rate is roughly around 10-15% lol. Just absolute trash of a site. These casinos are literally just robbing people. I got kicked out multiple times during my spins and guarantee a bonus was about to hit. This site or any of the others will never get another dime from me.
Worst app you can play on.
Worst app out there for online play. Live dealers always freeze and lag. They should refund you the money from those hands that you can’t play. By the time it loads to decide it’s way too late. If I could rate it negative stars I would. But unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can rate it.
