Worst casino app in New Jersey. The are always asking for copies of your bank statements and ID’s. Most of the games dont even work. Beware of using this place. FanDuel and all the other New Jersey casino apps are way more trustworthy.
Zip file won’t open
They don’t tell you they are having problems you deposit try and play games and it won’t open contact customer service and they say they are aware of the situation. Why not post a notice? So now money in and can’t play the games you like!! Great game selection but never win it’s unfortunate because the platform when working is one of the best even though I feel like the win % is lower than most. Very disappointing

Worst App & Online Casino
I never write reviews but I had to for an app that is absolutely atrocious in every way. It rarely loads games often going to a blank screen forcing you to force close the app and try again and surprise surprise it still doesn’t work. The game selection is quite poor in comparison to competitors ie. Hard Rock Bets & MGM. I have spent quite a bit of money across multiple gambling apps and by far Ocean has the tightest slots (good luck ever getting a bonus feature). The app and their online website are so outdated, again go look at their competitors. Ocean’s complete design is like something out of the 90s. Lastly there have been numerous times where an random error occurs during a spin or bonus feature and you are not awarded your winnings and customer service simply says tough luck nothing you can do as it wasn’t your money yet anyway.

Is that if you do manage to win, you need to go to AC to collect it or use a 3rd party payer that takes some of your winnings. Had to delete app
Game Error: Ocean Casino refused to repay
A couple weeks ago, ocean casino was doing maintenance on their app. As a result, my bets got “rejected” but the money was still taken. This happened three times in the same day. Afte reaching out to customer service, they said they’ll get my money back within 72 hours, all logged on their online chat. It’s been weeks now no answer, they don’t answer the email, and the live support says they’re still looking into it. All in all, do not use this scamming app, it’ll malfunction and they won’t repay you. I have screenshots of this entire exchange.

I tried to sign up and for some reason my information cannot be verified. I called and was told to try a different address when I have been at the same location for 10 years. I was told there is nothing they can do to verify my info and to just enter random information. It doesn’t make sense to me.

Zero customer service, poor variety of games, making deposit it simple BUT asking for a withdrawal prepare to wait forever and jump through hoops. This casino app is at the bottom of the list of the ones I’ve played, and I won here…

I play on all the NJ casino apps and there are a few that are horrible, ocean is probably the number one worst casino, you literally cannot win here , rigged isn’t even the word. If you enjoy throwing away money then by all means play here otherwise run and run fast! I’ve given them many chances, I do like the game selection but that’s about it. Done giving them my money. Deleting this app ASAP. I don’t know how they get away with this crap. Thieves ! Look at all The reviews they are all the same. Number 1 Worst casino !! They can say it’s not rigged all they want cause it’s 100% rigged !!!

It’s a shame that you can’t win even in the bonus round whenever you are giving a bonus ever time I deposited money I have lost I’ve never withdrawn any money I’m so done with this site and if I could give no stars I definitely would keep your money what a waste
