Misleading Advertising

Agree with a lot of the reviews. Surprised if they don’t get sued for false or misleading advertising. I tried to cancel within 24hours. Signed up at night and had my PT appointment in the morning. Brought the app up to show my PT and they suggested I hold of until I am done with my PT. Tried to cancel and got 50% back since I didn’t demonstrate 14days of using their workout. I read the pre-existing conditions and herniated disc was not one. Anyways I would of thought they’d give me a refund since it was within 24 hours but nope. Knowing I won’t be able to use the workouts, still getting charged 50%. I wish I would of read the reviews before signing up

Unethical

First, they have a google ad titles something to the tune of “FREE personalized workout plan”. I click and take the test, and it brings me to the payment screen where I have to pay $17 to get my plan. That should have been enough for me to exit out but for whatever reason I give it a chance. 3 weeks later, I find out that they have been billing me $17 EVERY WEEK. I go back to look to see how I missed that this was a weekly subscription. They put it in the fine print on the first screen. “By continuing, I agree to the Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, etc. I am extremely frustrated.

Aside from that, the workouts are 90% just on a mat. Even with Full Equipment selected, it will only use dumbbells, resistance band, pull up bar, and parallel bars.

Just an app with some workouts. Nothing tailored to you. False advertising.

Either half of the app/program is missing for me or there is some serious false advertising going on. There was a survey/very in depth questionnaire that they advertised would be used in order to develop a custom plan for you, the user. After filling out the questionnaire and paying for the service, everything that they advertised was gone. It’s just an app that has some premade workouts. That’s it.

This is just an app that has some workouts. Nothing is tailored to you. There is nothing else offered here. It is not worth any money.

Sad to see so many people being scammed here. It’s clear that they get you to subscribe with false advertising then make it almost impossible to get a refund. Never seen so many one star reviews. Wish I actually thought to check the reviews before subscribing from an online ad. Buyer beware.

I like it

I can see why others don’t like it and say it’s a scam but really I don’t see those problems in the app. I think it’s great that the app tells you what to workout when to do it and it even gives you your meal plans. It always happens to me that I’m super motivated to carry on a workout and meal plan built by myself but when I get on to do it I get stuck thinking on wether this or that is better. This app does the job and the truth stays in if you want to workout or get lazy and not get any results. I mean it leaves you without any excuses to just do it.

Needs Work

I like most of the app, and the workouts are pretty nice but the overall app
Is buggy. I started a workout plan and it says it’s 4 days a week, but when I look at the calendar it shows each day as a rest day even though it should be a workout day. If I pick a workout to do it will reflect that I completed it, but on the first day it didn’t seem to count my workout. It won’t announce the first exercise at the begin of each round after the first. Most of these bugs aren’t a big deal but for overall app experience these small details go a long way. If these bugs are fixed then this could be a great app, problem is if I’m Paying for a workout plan I’d like to have a smoother app.
