I can’t connect to the light in the appAlarm don’t work
The alarm setting on the app goes off at the wrong time. I set it for 6am and it went off at 4aBluetooth problem fixed read review
Not going to lie at first using the app drove me insane when trying to connect the Bluetooth. So this is how you connect the Bluetooth .
1. Connect your phone to Bluetooth and click on BSOO3B and there’s another similar name as this one click to connect on both Bluetooth names.
2. Open this app and go to the bottom of the app. Click on the Bluetooth icon all the way to the right . You’ll see a search icon click on it. Then it’ll find the Bluetooth connection then connect.
3. Now enjoy and leave a review.Show lessBluetooth issues
It worked for the 1st month and now no matter what I do it won’t connect to the Bluetooth of my ceiling fan/light fixture. It won’t even pop up on the app feature at all.No music will play
Music will not actually begin playing and “Cloud” music is all in a foreign language. Light functions are good, music is not and VERY FRUSTRATING to try to find a solution.App doesn’t work
App doesn’t control the fan! Fan stuck on high no options even in instructions how to control the fan

It so good but when u lose the remote the is just a night lightApp Doesn’t Work
As previous reviews, I am connected via Bluetooth but the app tells me I’m not and there’s nothing at all can be done with the fan. Stuck with either a bright white light or nothing.
PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THESE ISSUES.Bluetooth connectivity needs fixing
Please fix the Bluetooth connectivity issues with your app! The light remains bright white as long as the app isn’t working properly. Based on the comments, it looks like I’m not the only person having this problem.
