Needs Improvement
This app is extremely basic for the price point at which the vacuum sells. In comparison to other market players this app leaves much to be desire. Here are some missing features or recommendations.
1. UI extremely dated for 2024.
2. Unable to select which sequence of rooms for the vacuum to clean.
3. Unable to adjust the volume of the vacuum speaker. You can only mute.
4. No voice control and doesn’t integrate well with google home. Can only start, stop and dock. So totally useless.
5. I totally appreciate the privacy focus which is the biggest strength of this app. But would be nice to enable assess to the camera when on the same network for local assess.
6. Unable to manually navigate the robot especially if its stuck. You have to manually move the bot.
7. Doesn’t let you know time left to complete charge. Unable to set a % level before returning to base.
8. no multilevel support. If you have a active map you are unable to do swift mapping. Unable to add to existing maps you have to deleting and start over.
9. Unable to share device with other family members.
10. No virtual barriers like other competitors
These are just a few things as you can see extremely disappointed that the Ultravision vacuum which goes for $1200 have at best a subpar app. I think a lot can be learned from competitors such as eufy, Roomba, Dreame and others. Please invest some time in making this app worthwhile to use.
