Bad connection with Bluetooth
Pretty annoying when I install my fan and the light only works one time then doesn’t show a Bluetooth connection so I can’t even turn on my light in my room anymore if anyone knows how I can fix this it would be appreciated if you told meyallarefattys

Help for people with Bluetooth problems and Lights Problems
hello! I recently got the light and I have figured out that you can’t play the music in the app but if your music can be heard outside the app, like Apple Music, you can play music. It’s kinda like a speaker, not a radio. For light problems, try the second switch on the app to have RGB lighting, but for yellow and white lighting, use the first switch. Can’t use Bluetooth to connect. I can’t turn the light on/off or play music through the app until it’s connected to WiFi!uwish365

Bluetooth connection is bad.. it says not connected tried multiple times.. not able to play music which I thought is a cool feature in this smart lamp. Please fix it ASAP. Thanks.abhialludu
App will not change light color
I bought this ceiling fan for my wife’s recovery room , she’s currently going through treatment for stage 3 colorectal cancer and I was going to use this fan in her room so she can get some peace with the lights that are supposed to be changed through a app . I’m disappointed that this doesn’t work as is my wife . I would like to know if the app will eventually be fixed ? Or do I need to request a refund so I can purchase a fan that works as advertised?Show lessstaciheartsgertie
Bluetooth problems
Can someone PLEASE update this app and fix these problems????? I am connected through Bluetooth but my app says I’m not. It’s leaves me stuck with a bright white light unable to turn it off or change it if I want to leave the fan on. It makes it impossible to quickly to turn off a light (and keep fan on) while getting my son ready for bed. Such a nuisance!!! I was so excited about this fan and paid someone to install it and now it doesn’t even work correctly!!!! If the app was updated to get rid of Bluetooth issues it would solve a lot of problems. Horrible! Fix it! Light feature won’t connect!!! USELESS
This app is HORRIBLE! Will not connect on my I phone for light feature, only my husband’s and we’ve got the same phone and even his is glitchy! Useless, no excuse for such a glitchy app! Why the 3D code? Because it’s awful. They’ll be a lot of returned merchandise because the lights only work with app, not the remote!!! RETURN YOUR ITEM THAT USES THIS APP BEFORE YOU INSTALL YOUR CEILING FAN!!! You’ll be infuriated!
