Odd formatting. Can’t deposit checks iphone 14 and 15 pro
The app often has trouble logging in with “loading interface” message after correct authentication. Portrait and landscape modes for viewing accounts force you to scroll horizontally. Check deposit camera FAILS TO FOCUS on iPhone 14, 15 Pro with wide cameras because app doesn’t follow Apple guidelines specifyinv min focus distance (so the right camera can be selected by iOS)Show lessDeveloper Response

First off, I have been a WA Trust customer for many years and love their customer service and personal banking accounts. However, (A big However) the business checking and savings website and mobile app are awful! You have to scroll past useless columns of information to get to transaction amounts, it doesn’t update electronic deposits to available balance, I have more than one account and the landing page requires pushing another button to show both accounts. Quite honestly I think that I will just go to a different bank for my business needs - if it were simply the same as the personal checking online and app - I would be much happier.Show lessDeveloper Response

The mobile app landing page was designed to meet multiple business needs based on many various account types.
