  • Odd formatting. Can’t deposit checks iphone 14 and 15 pro

    The app often has trouble logging in with “loading interface” message after correct authentication. Portrait and landscape modes for viewing accounts force you to scroll horizontally. Check deposit camera FAILS TO FOCUS on iPhone 14, 15 Pro with wide cameras because app doesn’t follow Apple guidelines specifyinv min focus distance (so the right camera can be selected by iOS)

  • Awful!

    First off, I have been a WA Trust customer for many years and love their customer service and personal banking accounts. However, (A big However) the business checking and savings website and mobile app are awful! You have to scroll past useless columns of information to get to transaction amounts, it doesn’t update electronic deposits to available balance, I have more than one account and the landing page requires pushing another button to show both accounts. Quite honestly I think that I will just go to a different bank for my business needs - if it were simply the same as the personal checking online and app - I would be much happier.

The mobile app landing page was designed to meet multiple business needs based on many various account types.   • Terrible change

    Nothing I have spent or that has been deposited has updated since the “upgrade” 6/1/24. I see everything pending, and my instant transfers are apparently no longer instant. Where is the “upgrade” portion?

    You have the worst website. It is so difficult to figure out. I’m truly thinking of changing banks. It’s so frustrating. I hope you’re working on it.
  • An embarrassment of an app

    This app is truly abominable, the worst I’ve ever used and it’s not even close. I have to delete this app and reinstall it weekly, sometimes more just to be able to sign in.

    App opens to white screen and never loads. Almost as useless as their website. For a banks that offers “business services”, they clearly care very little about the value of a business owner’s time. These guys need to put some effort in…
  • App is bad enough to change small business’ banking institutions

    Washington trust bank is great to work with, and the personal banking app is great. The Business Digital Banking app is awful and doesn’t work for me as a small business owner who is on the go. iPhone 14 Pro with the latest iOS and app version.
    Issues:
    - logging in. It feels like pulling a slot machine lever. I am never sure when it’s going to work or make me type everything in again. Face ID doesn’t really seem to do anything. When I use Face ID, I get the verification check mark and the processing indicator, a few screen changes later, I’m back at the login screen with my info cleared.
    -UX. The whole app is a resized version of the web site, which is also bad and missing the creature comforts of WA Trust personal banking.

  • A Terrible Experience

    This app is an absolute disaster. It’s disorganized and doesn’t work half the time. Online statements never open using the app. The whole thing is a chore to use.
