Can’t get the app to connect to our WiFi…
SOLVED! We figured out what we were doing wrong and got all 3 porch lights setup. Trying to get 3 porch lights with camera to connect to our network using the Botslab app. I’ve sent messages/reviews in several different places hoping to get some help. I’m using an iPhone 14 on our 2.4mhz network. We have reset the camera several times and the device has been found in the Settings—->Wifi but it doesn’t finish setting up. It gets to 85% and fails every single time. Any ideas/help?Show lessmrstee

Timezone Missing
The Timezone setting in the the last few update versions has gone missing. Timezones are important where a country may have several time zones across the country and/or daylight savings. Last year the Botslab App definitely had Timezone settings (I was using it). Why have you removed it? All security surveillance systems I have used have always had Timezone settings.

Sound
This is a good doorbell camera.
The only thing now after all the heavy rain, the sound Doesn't really work. I have to turn volume all the way up on my phone to hear what people say when there captured on the doorbell camera. Before I could keep Volume half way down on phone. I Would give 5 stars in volume issue could be fixed…Show lesslifeasdad
Waste of time and money

Unusable
The app is horribly slow, clunky and unintuitive. Sometimes you have to press a button 5 times before anything registers.
Installation works only with location on, which is already a no-no.
Worst of all, the image can‘t be rotated and that makes the whole thing useless to me.

Your app is horribly designed to work with the hardware.
Not only were the instructions incorrect with the porch light for this camera, after ten attempts of setting up the camera this was returned. If you are going to develop an app make sure you develop it to actually work without complex instructions that are confusing and incorrect .CJ Raptor
