Move to a new app they say
Could not be a worse change over if they tried. Old app worked great, this one won’t even connect. I now have 2 apps that don’t work and an expensive robot cleaner sat idle. Thanks so much, clownsCL 0377
App is incredibly frustrating!
The App appears to function, at first. Then you find you can only set three schedules. Then a couple days later it deleted one and says you can only set two schedules. You can’t stop it from ‘remapping’ your house, so occasionally it’ll create a new map for no apparent reason. When this happens the rooms can get jumbled around, rendering any schedule based on rooms ineffective. If you decide to delete that new map, the app conveniently removes all your schedules as well!Show lessOMG_nicknames_suck

不知道什么时候开始，按门铃后手机app不响了，虽然有信息提示，但仍然让人错过了及时回应的时机。另外，以前手机app的响铃声很难听，也不能更换铃声，希望增加多种铃声选择。前提是先把不能响铃的bug修好。辛苦码农了，感谢！Hifid
Lost all my maps
My maps were there one day and gone the next. I’ve been using my S8 since May and they’re now gone without me choosing to redo the maps.My S8
Good robot bad app
Merging areas doesn’t work says “Please adjust based on floor plan” but the rooms are right next to each other. Ask it to clean a specific room sometimes works sometimes goes to random other rooms even if I rc control to right room, and select the room or area to clean it sometime decides to go to a room I haven’t selectedShow lessChentiangemalc

Not detecting all movements
I have a camera in my livingroom and also my bedroom (because like to keep taking my stuff when I’m not there) but it never picks up when they come in or rambling on my stuff. Only when they open the door and when they leave out. And I got it set for movements and it’s always a notification every 7 minutes of nothing. This really irritates me.Show lessbritelight36
Disappointed
I had hoped this device would be better than my old Ring doorbell, but I’ve ordered a new Ring doorbell and plan to scrap this unit.Jsl4500
The 360 records when it wants to in other times it doesn’t
I have sent several emails and feedback on this problem. The camera works just fine there’s a nice view. The recording I continue to have a problem with it .it records when it wants to ,sometimes it does not respond at all. I have tried to troubleshoot this problem several times. I would not recommend this product to people.Show less@JC1
