  • Phone not connecting

    I just receive the doorbell 360. Everything was working perfectly. It was easy to install however when it came to connecting with my phone it has not and I have an iPhone 11. I’ve tried this at least 20 time and I sent an email to customer service with no response so far. My daughter who has the same phone as I do got on with no problems which makes no sense. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Will return the device if I don’t hear anything back real soon.

  • App Doesn’t Work—iPhone 12 Pro

    Works with iPad Mini using iPadOS 14.6 but utterly fails on iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.6. Nothing but “Login fails” and request to email the logs. Did that three weeks ago and intermittently since then, with no improvement. UPDATE on 16 Jan. One more star because the iPhone login issue has been fixed. I have full access to the doorbell/camera. My complaint now is delayed response to people approaching the door. It appears to take ~3 seconds to detect movement even with a 35-40 foot clear approach to my front door I usually see only the backside of fast moving FedEx and UPS delivery persons. Radar appears to trigger at approximately 15 feet even though the detection zone is set to maximum.

  • Multi user

    My partner and I both can’t have access at the same time to the app which is super annoying. The camera itself is pretty good but this hassss to be fixed in order for me to not go with another cam.

  • Does not work

    Every time I attempt to connect the camera (I’ve reset and tried it at least ten times), it says that my camera is offline when I’m looking right at it and know it’s powered on.
    I’ve installed several WiFi cameras for myself and other family and loved ones, so I know what I’m doing.
    This app is just pure trash.

  • Can’t get past the login screen

    It tells me to agree to the privacy policy and EULA but there is zero option to do so. Please fix.

  • Could be better

    App works most of the time. It’s very annoying that only one login is allowed. As in, my wife and I can’t both be logged in on our respective phones. Please fix.

  • I’m having trouble registering.

    I would love to give this app a 5 star review, but I can not register onto the site, as I need a SMS code to register, but have no way to acquire said code.
    Once I’m able to register and use the app, I’ll give a review.

  • Two issues

    Under add devices the descriptions show full or partial Chinese characters. The doorbell shows mixed characters.
    Attempts to leave “opinion” via the app asks for contact information, but does not specify what information so fails to send due to incomplete contact information
