Always amazing
Prices are way better than Uber and they get to you way quicker. Also the drivers are always kind and helpful. Stick with the smaller guys peoplejoumasedoes.
Beware of add on extra charges after they tell you how much your trip will cost
Ordered a taxi which clearly stated how much it will be and paid for it in advance then received an email after arriving stating there is an extra charge so I called the office to find out what’s the extra charge and I was told it’s because I have paid by card.

They increase the fare upon reaching the destination.
They increased the price without prior notice upon reaching the destination. When I brought this to customer service's attention, the response was rude and unsatisfactory, never acknowledging the mistake they made. The only reason for using this app was to know how much I would pay upon reaching the destination; after this situation, it no longer makes sense to use it, and I recommend the same to everyone. Be careful with this app; it scams you upon reaching the destination.Show lessmagsardim

I agree excellent customer service and so far I have never had to wait for the taxi in the rush hour. I would like to see the date/time of pick up shown which just reassures I have given correct details! Don’t tell me it’s shown somewhere and have missed it!Thankful John!
Good company but app times not always accurate.
Great company overall….but the app’ often says cars are available in a few minutes in your area..until you actually try to book it. Then ‘no drivers available’, you try to pre-book for an hours time and it’s the same. I know most companies are short staffed at the moment, but a honest estimation is better that misleading information. Hopefully it can improve then 5/5Show lessGate12

Tells you driver is 1 minute away so u go outside to get in the taxi and it can take up to 10 mins but still says 1 minutegt1463,(
