What’s the point in pre-booking?!
Everytime I pre-book a specific time, well in advance of the pickup, the taxi NEVER arrives on time! When you call the office to find out where it is, they just say ‘that’s how it works’. What happens if I need to get to train station for a specific time? I am currently waiting for my taxi booked for 7:30pm and it’s 7:45pm! Useless.Show lessPinocchio_Ho

Declining card every time
Good interface generally - but a glitch? In the app declines card payment every time. Checked with every card issuer I use and they have no note of having received payment request. Presume therefore it’s an app issueevordinand

Really good to see a local company invest in a proper app, it’s quick and easy to use like U er and Gett but the difference is that there are actually taxis available reliably everywhere around here! Pre booked a taxi today and the driver arrived on time 🙂Turnipeater
Great app, great company
This is definitely the best way to book a taxi. Just click on the map,You can see the price, you pay in advance with Apple Pay or whatever, and then when it comes to your ride you can see the taxi on its way on the map, just like Uber. App needs to fix the bug
Since last update , it kept on showing “ no driver available “ or “ payment not successful “. When phoned operator, taxi was booked instantly & taxi arrived within 3 mins. Taxi drivers themselves acknowledged & said they received many complaints from customers.Hnin11

Good service but an opportunity to book a drop off point in the app would be a great improvement, it’s for a single journey only with no drop off or additional pickups.Xch boy
Amazing service
I have to get a lot of taxi to go back home from work and vice versa and the taxis are always on time, you can book anytime and every time I have I have always been satisfied. The drivers are very nice and polite. You can also call the customer service number and the operator is always available and solves your problem immediately. Amazing service, amazing people!
