Very glitchy app. Now not holding data, just showing current data. All history gone

Does what it needs to. A little slow to load. Refreshes every time you switch screen to another app and back again. Tarrifs don’t allow for scenario set for the first 14kwh FIT is 0.12 cents and remaining is 0.05 cents. Same true for importing, first 10kw charged at 0.27 cents and there after 0.32 cents. If you need current local data fast from the inverter, I use browser on my phone using ip address, not solar web app. Very fast.
After using app for one year, still does what it says. And above issues still bug me. The premium probably not worth the price as all data is available from day one, just not the history graph (3 days only) and the forecast is not accurate at all, at least not in my area. The app is useful to see production and consumption data.Show lessLeeroycapacus

Was working ok for 2 years. Now impossible to login. Using same login details can login successfully on to ma account through browser.
I think is time to change the inverter to different make.Bandziorix

Can’t tell what version I am on. If it updated then I no longer am able to see the current production value. Been that way for a few days now!cribbybill
App lets the solar customer down
Just got our Solar installed, inspected and switched on. Like everyone, I was excited to use the App to see how much Solar is being generated from our roof and how much we are potentially saving. However, tried to login with CORRECT details, agreed to terms, pressed login and…crickets. Nothing happened. No login, no waiting to load symbol, nothing. This has recurred at least 5 times today. Yesterday it wouldn’t even recognise I had an account (so I guess today is an improvement?!) Total waste of memory space and my time. Very disappointed. It’s not like we have a choice of App or software company at all. Grrr…Show lessJamJah22
Confusion Reigns
I’m a 73 year old man who just wants to see what is going on with my solar system. I have spent more than an hour trying to set this up to no avail. This is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to try to install Shame on you FroniusPeKadad

The production graph takes over an hour to be up to date, which is annoying but not terrible; however about once a week it seems to be half a day or more out of date! Sort out the data pipeline…TC_planet
